How do you create email campaigns?

After creating your widget, you can proceed with the creation of the campaigns.

So, as previously mentioned, you will need to choose a type of email campaign for each emoji reaction in your widget.

Email campaigns can be of four types: Comment, social share, direct link and message.

The Comment campaign consists of:

  • a title that will function as a question to ask your users
  • a comment label, such as " Write a comment here! "
  • a ‘Submit’ label which will be placed on the comment submission button.
  • a ‘Thank you’ message - once a user sends you his comment, a thank you message as a courtesy never hurts ;)

After filling in these fields, click SAVE to use these settings for that specific emoji reaction and set a different campaign for the next reaction, or you can click on SAVE TO ALL to automatically save the campaign just completed for all the reactions set.

The Social campaign consists of:

  • a title that represents a guide to the action that your users will have to perform. For example "Share on Social Media!"
  • The URL that your users will share
  • The social networks you want to show

After filling in these fields, click SAVE to use these settings for that specific emoji reaction and set a different campaign for the next reaction, or you can click SAVE TO ALL to automatically save the campaign just completed for all the reactions.

The Direct Link campaign allows you to send the user directly to a link of your choice after they click on a reaction. The only thing to fill in for this campaign is the URL where you want to direct your users.

After filling in these fields, click SAVE to use these settings for that specific emoji reaction and set a different campaign for the next reaction, or you can click SAVE TO ALL to automatically save the campaign just completed for all the reactions.

The Message campaign allows you to write a message for your users after they click on a reaction emoji. For example, you could thank them for their feedback and also include a link within the message, such as "Thank you for your feedback! Go to www.emojics.com to find out what we do!"
